Now I am bikeless! I shattered my derailer hanger on my hardtail (like that one time K- shub broke his when he landed a jump hard)... so I guess I'll have to use the warrior ,LOL, or mickey's shit mongoose. Neither of the repairs will be done until a while because the shop has to order the parts from out of state. Until then, I might be able to use one of the shop's rental bikes for free (hopefully the demo).

Thanks again, I will try to send you pics when they are posted on the website. Hey, lets do a race out in Fontana with your friend so that we can be prepared for the Sea Otter. If you want to go the Sea Otter, I can give you a ride. On another note, I blew out my F***ing forks just before the race last weekend. The shop gave me a really nice bike for the race, but my forks will not be ready to ride until another couple of weeks. Sux Balls.

Thanks, it was really fun. Drake also did pretty well at 18th. You probably would like the courses for the easy climbs and really nice technical trails with nice berms. For the next race, I called Chumba bikes to come over and let us demo their bikes for the day of the next race. I think they might come. Does that make you want to go?

dude whats up, sorry i missed the group ride the other week. was it good? I stayed out too late the night before and slept in. I was gonna tell you to come join us last sat at del cerro, but that place was brutal in the rain! it is like clay, wheels would collect so much dirt they would lock. so i went to kentor whoops for a bit. i suck and case jumps...my rear triangle is bent to hell now.

I emailed Johnny, and he gave me the number of some guy- the race director for socal MTB. I talked to the guy, Quintin, and he's really happy about starting the team. It's going down! Wednsday, January 28 (next wednsday) 6:00pm at the bike shop is orientation. Bring family with. He might also want to see some of our local riding this saturday/ sunday so that we can show him around. Tell everyone you know to be at this meeting. You tell Goerge, Drake, Area, Plymell, and anyone else who rides in highschool. I'll Get some cross country guys, mickey, amean, and some others at pen.

E-mail Johnny at Johnny@pvbike.com and tell him your name, school, and that you want to join the mountain bike team. Then, tell evrybody you know from PV or Peninsula to email him if interested. Taj, it is really important to have people to start the mountain bike team. No people = no team = no races = no MTB = no fun. This going to be our only chance this entire year to get this started. Power to the pedal

Yeah, Im alright- just a couple of scratches and bruises. If you take lower slalom, watch out for horse tracks and rocks. Eventually I will start loading my masses of video on to pinkbike- only it takes for ever to load.

ok then ill just go with this http://images.craigslist.org/1f91231453kb3mc3pe8cac80f7ad2f07b129e.jpg
haha jk
well, if i sell my bike ill spend like $800 or so. i figure i can get something old but not too bad for that...just tough finding people on here that will ship to the states. those norco six are supposed to be light freeride/allmountain and same with the older fluids. the new fluids are said to be striaght up xc.

yo whats up TJ. wanted to see what your opinions where on the either the older like 2001-04 norco fluids or the newer norco six. They seam like good all around bikes like can do some freeride and downhill but not so big and burly you gotta push them up a slight grade.
